Favor in Texas is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Creator Marketing, to lead influencer and paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. You will own partnerships, testing, and performance measurement to drive full-funnel growth in a hybrid Austin-based role.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in social media and influencer marketing, strong analytic skills, and experience with AI-enabled optimization. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels and influencer marketing strategy.
• Ability to map channel investment to business goals using analytics.
• Familiarity with MMP/MMM measurement and digital KPIs.
• Ability to leverage AI to improve productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social and creator marketing to drive acquisition.
• Scale influencer, affiliate programs and custom revshare.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to optimize campaigns.
• Oversee promotions, discounts, and brand guidelines across channels.
• Analyze campaigns with MMP/MMM and present actionable insights to executives.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve tracking and automation.
