Rugiet in Austin seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll drive multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on CAC efficiency while shaping creative testing and measurement.

You’ll partner with analytics and product teams to optimize attribution, landing pages, and compliance with healthcare regulations, turning data into revenue and maintaining Rugiet’s pace of innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• 3+ years directly managing high-scale Paid Social accounts (D2C subscription and/or telehealth preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Proven testing framework experience (A/B and multivariate tests).
• Experience managing annual spends exceeding $50M+ with efficiency goals.
• Healthcare experience in regulated industry or telemedicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Paid Social strategy, setup, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and experiments.
• Manage 7-figure monthly budgets with CAC-focused targets.
• Develop a high-velocity testing engine for creative and audience testing.
• Collaborate with Analytics to refine attribution models and measure incrementality.
• Optimize landing pages to maximize post-click conversion efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (FDA, FTC, HIPAA) in all campaigns.
