Favor Delivery seeks a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Creator Marketing, to lead influencer, affiliate, and paid social initiatives. You will test channels like Meta, TikTok, Reddit and manage custom revshare promotions to drive full-funnel growth.

This role bridges creator partnerships with paid media execution, requiring strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making in a high-growth DTG environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing social media channels and influencer marketing strategy.
• Strategic thinker able to map channel investment to business goals.
• Experience with measurement tools (MMP and Media Mix Modeling).
• Quantitative ability and strong digital media analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social & Amplification: plan and chart vision for paid social strategy across channels.
• Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: build and scale an always-on micro-influencer and affiliate program using Impact.com.
• Partner Management & Sourcing: manage influencer and affiliate partners, lead outreach and negotiations.
• Offer Strategy & Promotions: oversee creator promotions and discount strategies to drive growth.
• Measurement & Data Synthesis: use MMP and MMM to measure campaigns and derive insights.
• MarTech Collaboration: work with product/engineering to improve campaign performance.
