Job summary

Optum Bank is seeking a Director of Business Lending Acquisition Marketing to lead growth across both small and large lending solutions. You will align Lending Product, Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Risk to drive awareness, demand, and portfolio expansion.

The role oversees multi-million-dollar budgets, guiding channel strategy across SEM, paid social, affiliates, SEO, and emerging platforms, while partnering with Product, UX, Operations, and Technology to optimize the borrower journey and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading acquisition, growth, digital marketing, or customer lifecycle strategies
• 5+ years in a bank, fintech, online lender, marketplace lender, payments company, or other regulated financial services organization
• Experience marketing lending products and multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across all business lending products
• Develop multi-quarter and multi-year acquisition roadmaps
• Establish goals, metrics, and optimization frameworks
• Lead digital channels including SEM, paid social, affiliates, SEO
• Manage acquisition budgets to drive growth and ROI
• Oversee campaigns from strategy to launch, testing, measurement, and optimization
• Improve end-to-end borrower journey and digital applications
• Partner with Product, UX, Ops, and Tech to implement CX improvements
• Build dashboards and reporting on acquisition performance
