Job summary

The Heritage Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing function in Indianapolis. You will partner with leadership and the sales team to build a practical marketing system, from HubSpot implementation to content and events.

The role demands hands-on execution, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to drive pipeline in a B2B environment. You will collaborate with product, sales, and customers to shape our market messaging, manage campaigns, and oversee

Qualifications

Proven independently owned B2B marketing programs that supported sales growth.
Hands-on HubSpot experience with implementation or substantial rebuilds.
Experience building sequences and campaigns in partnership with sales.

Responsibilities

Own HubSpot implementation, including data structure, workflows, and reporting.
Develop and refine email campaigns, sequences, and nurture programs for leads.
Plan and manage trade shows and events, with end-to-end logistics and follow-up.
Lead channel/partner marketing campaigns and collaboration with partners to drive opportunities.
Define and maintain brand, messaging, and content across websites, materials, and events.
Build a focused marketing plan with a calendar and measurable pipeline impact.
