Podpal, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead creative and technical initiatives driving user engagement and growth for the Podpal platform. You will shape campaigns that help podcasters tell stories, interview guests, and build their brands.

You will oversee go-to-market launches, analyze campaign data, and craft reports for executive leadership while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to understand podcasters' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 4+ years organizing research and reporting of marketing campaign results.
• 3+ years managing marketing and creative projects.
• Ability to create visually appealing, modern marketing materials that align with Podpal branding.
• Experience with Webflow, Figma, Adobe CS, Canva, Intercom, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media.
• Gather and analyze data on marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Interview customers to collect user and audience feedback.
• Create and present marketing reports to executive leadership.
• Conduct market and user research to understand podcasters' needs and goals.
• Create scripts for marketing communications including IG stories, explainer videos, and other media.
• Source, interview, hire, and manage marketing contractors, influencers, and other media talent.
