Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Growth Manager, Audio to scale Grow’s audio program across podcasts, streaming, and experimental placements, building on a foundation the team has established. You’ll own the channel end to end, accountable for strategy and execution: managing host-read and run-of-network partnerships, and refining our activation models.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape channel strategy, test new shows, forecast growth, and drive efficiency while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years managing paid media budgets with direct audio/podcast buying experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data tools to evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Own podcast/show pipeline management — sourcing sponsorships, ad placements, and vendor partnerships, and evaluating contextual alignment between shows and our target audience.
• Build a pipeline of new shows to test against established partnerships, and scale top-performing models.
• Refine our channel activation model — balancing and proving the value of host-read vs. run-of-network placements and sponsorships/partnerships.
• Own the audio channel roadmap, operationalizing a deliberate testing and scaling plan.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships end-to-end.
• Establish measurement methodology for a channel without clean click-based attribution and manage day-to-day performance.
• Evaluate audio’s halo effect on other channels as MMM infrastructure becomes available.
• Partner with the creative team on audio creative direction (input, not ownership)
