Job summary

Remote Work connects a London-based AI training and transformation consultancy with ambitious growth. You will own marketing end to end for a small, fast-growing business, reporting to a fractional CMO who sets direction.

From briefs to execution, you’ll build email campaigns in ActiveCampaign, manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, write short-form copy, drive SEO strategy, and run paid campaigns with clear cost and return metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience owning marketing end to end at a small business or startup.
• Strong numeracy with defensible campaign results and cost per lead.
• Ability to work independently from a written brief and deliver on time.
• Experience in B2B marketing to business leaders and events.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the fractional CMO and execute them end to end to a high standard.
• Build and ship email campaigns and automated sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Own the content and publishing calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Write short-form copy for campaigns, emails, social, and show notes.
• Run the SEO program and determine topics the business should own.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns and report on cost and return.
