Job summary

ChainGPT is seeking a Marketing Lead to own high-impact go-to-market efforts for both infrastructure and consumer AI products. You will collaborate with the CMO, drive cross-channel content, and design growth experiments to accelerate adoption across global markets.

The role demands a marketer fluent in Web3/Web2, with hands-on experience across social platforms and short-form video. This fully remote position invites talent from around the world to join a fast-moving, innovative team.

Qualifications

• Go-to-market experience across multiple domains (growth, content, social, SEO, PR)
• Capability to plan and execute strategy and hands-on content creation
• Fluency in Web3/Web2 culture with crypto/native audiences
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and video formats

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CMO, assisting day-to-day across the full spread of marketing activities and owning execution end-to-end.
• Plan and ship social content across our channels, matching the pace and culture of each platform.
• Drive go-to-market execution for both infrastructure and consumer AI products: translate strategy into launch and growth plans and implement them.
• Develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns that cut through AI and crypto landscapes.
• Design and run growth campaigns from experimentation to measurement and iteration.
• Track market trends and surface relevant ones to the team for content and campaigns.
• Produce and direct short-form content: launch videos, UGC content, and platform-native video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Manage full lifecycle GTM and growth for our consumer AI products across B2B and B2C, from awareness to activation, retention, and referrals.
• Set up AI automations and AI-native workflows that improve team operations.
• Support the broader marketing engine across SEO, PR, growth hacking, YouTube, and more.
