FOTILE America, a leading international manufacturer of high-end kitchen appliances, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager in Parsippany, NJ. Lead customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for DTC and marketplaces; collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, and Creative teams to drive integrated campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in growth/digital marketing, hands-on paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing, and strong analytics to turn data into action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, CRM/email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and other marketing KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from awareness to purchase and retention.
• Partner with E-Commerce to drive traffic and sales across DTC website and major marketplaces.
• Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and search performance.
• Support CRM, email marketing, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing programs to increase engagement.
• Plan and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, promotions, messaging, and experiences.
• Analyze customer, campaign, website, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns.
• Support product launches, seasonal promotions, retail programs, and other initiatives across online/offline channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, platform partners, and external vendors as needed.
• Track marketing budgets and optimize spending based on performance and priorities.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, AI tools, consumer behavior, and competition.
