Job summary

Vilo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition for a new AI hardware category in the US. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across channels to convert launches and campaigns into leads, preorders, and customer growth.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering to improve attribution, landing pages, and end-to-end acquisition experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing
• Hands-on campaign management across major platforms
• Ability to translate data into actionable decisions
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and CAC/ROAS metrics
• Understanding attribution, tracking, and conversion optimization
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and leadership
• Willingness to own outcomes in a fast-moving early-stage company
• Curiosity about AI hardware and consumer tech

Responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, X.
• Develop channel strategies, budgets, forecasts, and testing plans.
• Allocate media spend across campaigns, audiences, geographies, and formats.
• Build dashboards to track traffic, signups, leads, and preorders.
• Partner with creative teams to test messaging and assets.
• Work with product/engineering to improve attribution and landing pages.
• Identify new channels, audiences, and partnerships for growth.
• Help establish performance marketing processes for an early-stage company.
