Job summary

Botify, a leader in AI-enabled search, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States. You will own social channels, demand generation, and the marketing tech stack to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

You’ll partner with content, product, and sales to scale brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of campaigns, analytics, and attribution, with a focus on ABM collaboration with sales and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand gen, lifecycle, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record growing a B2B brand on social, organic and paid.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns that drive MQLs and pipeline.
• Bias towards action; proactive and independent.
• Working knowledge of web analytics and tracking (GA4, GTM) and CMS like Webflow.
• Nice to have: short-form video, AI search knowledge, HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

• Own social & brand reach, building LinkedIn strategy and influencer programs.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, paid, and social to create pipeline.
• Manage marketing ops and website: HubSpot, SF, Webflow, GA4, tracking and attribution.
• Ensure database health, lead routing, and conversion paths across campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership across US/Europe; measure impact.
