Job summary

DECA Analytics, a Puerto Rico-based firm, seeks a Marketing Manager to own its marketing strategy, brand voice, and content calendar. You will lead a small contracted team, coordinate specialists, and drive storytelling and thought leadership.

Expect monthly KPI reporting and close collaboration with leadership. You will manage content across client stories, articles, newsletters, and social channels, aiming to boost DECA’s AI-search visibility and regulatory topic authority in Puerto Rico

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, content, or communications experience.
• Experience managing external contractors or vendors.
• Ability to translate technical subjects into clear content for a non-technical audience.
• Comfort using AI tools for writing, editing, and light web work.

Responsibilities

• Define and own overall marketing strategy, brand voice, and messaging standards.
• Build and manage content calendar and approval processes.
• Coordinate contracted specialists (SEO/GEO, videography/photography, web development).
• Drive storytelling, thought leadership, and client testimonials across channels.
• Track performance via KPI scorecards and report to leadership.
