Pivotal Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale campaigns, automation, and measurement for a robust demand-gen program. You''ll own lifecycle journeys, lead scoring, and ABM activation, partnering with Content and Events to drive qualified pipeline.

This role is fully remote in the US with optional in-office time near a local hub. You''ll run one-to-many nurture programs for hospitals and physician groups, design lead lifecycle, and measure impact across MQLs and pipeline

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
