Clera is seeking a growth-focused marketing professional to join our AI recruiting tech team in San Francisco. You will own multi-channel campaigns, run tests, and drive measurable impact across channels.

You'll develop hypotheses, execute A/B tests, optimize cold emails for deliverability, and craft content that preserves a consistent brand voice while building partnerships and events to accelerate growth.

Qualifikationen

• 0–3 years of relevant experience with growth or marketing work.
• Experience owning programs across multiple channels delivering measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with cold email deliverability, SEO, and paid acquisition channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google.
• Strong content creation skills and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
• Comfort working with ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Recruitment/HR tech/AI talent industry experience is beneficial.

About the Role
