Pagos Consultants Ltd. in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on Head of Growth to own demand generation from day one.
You will personally run paid campaigns, write compelling copy, and build a measurement framework, hiring a team as channels scale. Key responsibilities include launching and optimizing paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and beyond, developing acquisition economics, and creating scalable creator, affiliate, and content programs.
Working arrangement: Full-time, on-site, five days per week

Its product combines a context-aware AI assistant with software built around the workflows users repeat. It connects information across tools, executes work on users’ behalf, and turns recurring tasks into applications that individuals and teams can use.
The product is showing strong early retention. The next challenge is building the acquisition engine that brings it to a much wider audience.
As Head of Growth, you will own demand generation and acquisition from the ground up, taking people from first hearing about the product to arriving and signing up.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Initially, you will personally run campaigns, write copy, build measurement and test channels. As channels prove out, you will hire the team and allocate the budget needed to scale them.
Your primary responsibility is bringing quality users to the product and understanding what it costs to acquire them. Product owns activation and retention.
Relevant backgrounds may include growth leadership, performance marketing, user acquisition or demand generation, provided you can demonstrate hands-on acquisition ownership.
This role is based in San Francisco and requires working from the office five days per week. Candidates must already be based in the Bay Area or relocate before starting.
