DataSpring is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute audience-driven programs that increase visibility, credibility, and engagement among clinicians, providers, and health-system administrators. The role is fully remote, full-time, and reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that grow DataSpring's visibility, credibility, and engagement in the provider market, focused on the clinician and profile manager administrator subsegment. This role turns growth marketing strategy into targeted, audience-driven programs that create awareness, build trust, and deliver measurable business impact.
A key focus of this role is expanding DataSpring's presence with clinician, provider, and health system audiences. The Growth Marketing Manager brings the market perspective into marketing planning, identifies where DataSpring can show up with greater relevance to clinicians and their professional profile manager administrators, and builds the programs that connect audience needs to the value DataSpring delivers across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative role that works across marketing, sales, and product teams to translate strategy into execution.
The Growth Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.
