Job summary

Withum is seeking a strategic Director of Industry & Service Line Growth Marketing to lead a high-performing team across industries and services. You'll drive multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and thought leadership to strengthen positioning and pipeline growth.

The role partners with CGO/CMO and practice leaders to align campaigns with business objectives and leverage AI-driven insights for account prioritization and measurement. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
MBA preferred.
10+ years in marketing leading teams.
Expertise in marketing strategy, ABM, and thought leadership.
Strong analytical skills with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for Industries and service lines.
Define compelling industry value propositions and brand messaging.
Lead cross-functional planning to align marketing with growth objectives.
Own ABM strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
Collaborate with practice leaders to identify key accounts and develop plans.
Lead thought leadership initiatives and content programs.
