• 8+ years marketing experience with 3+ in senior leadership, managing direct reports.
• Proven track record managing agency partners, scopes, budgets and performance.
• Extensive experience in media planning and buying across digital channels.
• Strong background in performance marketing, user acquisition, and optimization.
• Eye for design and brand, with ability to lead creative direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
