Texas Card House is seeking a Product Lead to steer Hijack Poker and the in-venue experiences across its six Texas locations. The role combines digital product leadership with hospitality-driven initiatives, driving growth and player engagement.

You will align product strategy with regulatory and monetization goals, building a world-class team and implementing data-driven decision-making across both online and in-venue environments.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven success shipping scalable mobile or web gaming products.
• Strong monetization, user acquisition, and retention expertise.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development and UX design.
• Experience building high-performing product teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Comfort navigating regulated environments (gaming/financial).

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision for Hijack Poker and in-venue experiences.
• Build and mentor the product team with a data-driven culture.
• Develop roadmaps with ruthless prioritization around business impact.
• Oversee onboarding, rewards, loyalty, and guest experiences across channels.
• Partner with design, engineering, and hospitality teams for seamless experiences.
• Align monetization strategies and platform economics across digital and in-venue.
• Track KPIs across both digital and physical channels.
