Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a Director of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead growth initiatives from the Home Office in Austin, TX. You will own paid media, digital discovery, brand websites, online ordering optimization, and CRM/lifecycle strategies across a multi-brand portfolio.

You will partner with Brand Management, Social, Creative Services, Operations, Finance, and agency partners to translate brand plans into measurable digital plans and drive incremental guest value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing; multi-brand hospitality experience preferred.
• Ownership of paid media budgets with analytics, attribution, forecasting.
• Experience with website management, SEO/local search, digital conversion, and e-commerce.
• Experience leading CRM or lifecycle teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in startup or lean growth environments with scalable marketing infra.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and digital marketing roadmap across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, testing, and optimization across search and social.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle and loyalty initiatives with agency support and future in-house plans.
• Oversee website roadmap, SEO/local discovery, and online ordering pathways.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and channel performance; report to leadership.
