Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing; leadership in multi-brand or hospitality settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio growth and digital marketing roadmap translating brand plans into measurable channel plans.
• Own paid and performance media strategy, budget allocation, agency direction, and testing across search and social.
• Lead SEO and local digital discovery strategy including location pages and review platforms; ensure consistent brand voice online.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle & loyalty efforts, data capture, segmentation, and automation; drive guest value and retention.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and channel performance; recommend investments with Finance and Brand Managers.
