Job summary

Texas Card House is seeking a Marketing Lead for Hijack Poker, a growing digital platform connected to a network of six Texas venues. You will shape strategy, lead a marketing team, and manage agency partners while owning media planning and budgets to optimize CAC and LTV.

You will drive brand consistency, oversee social content and creator partnerships, and collaborate with Product to deploy lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in senior leadership managing direct reports.
• Proven track record managing agency partners, scope, budget, and performance.
• Extensive media planning and buying experience across digital channels with large budgets.
• Strong background in performance marketing, user acquisition, and data-driven optimization.
• Leading creative direction and brand consistency across channels.
• Excellent communication and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Hijack Poker that drives acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage agency/vendor relationships.
• Own media planning and budget, tracking CAC, payback, and ROI by channel.
• Oversee social media, content, creator partnerships, and influencer programs.
• Provide brand direction and ensure high-quality creative across all channels.
• Collaborate with Product for CRM, lifecycle, and promotional programs to increase LTV.
• Explore AI tools to improve speed, efficiency, and campaign performance.
• Align marketing initiatives with in-venue operations to connect digital and physical experiences.
• Define and report on marketing KPIs, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and regulatory requirements.
