Job summary

Kleeman Group seeks a senior marketing leader to shape and execute the company’s marketing strategy across retail and e-commerce. You will own multi-channel campaigns, drive revenue growth, and elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and affiliate programs, building teams and hiring as needed. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to move the needle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in retail marketing and strategy.
• Retail and e-commerce experience.
• Digital marketing planning and execution.
• Leadership experience, hiring a plus.
• Proven track record leading digital initiatives (SEO/SEM/Social/Affiliate).

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Kleeman Group and lead execution in retail and e-commerce.
• Drive revenue growth across multi-channel strategies, optimizing conversions, AOV, and LTV while controlling CAC.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns with a strong narrative and consistent brand voice.
• Manage lead generation and direct response for SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate and Social channels.
