Compound Planning is a high-growth digital family office. We’re seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Leader to own client growth, advisor growth, and analytics, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with content, product, and RevOps.

You’ll drive multi-channel growth, experiment new channels beyond organic content, and implement lifecycle strategies to convert signups into funded relationships.

Qualifications

• Track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong quantitative skills: conversion rates, CAC, payback, LTV.
• Technical mindset: comfortable with data tools, automation, and AI.
• Experience starting channels and programs from zero.
• Hands-on across the full funnel and able to operate in founder-led environments.
• Clear, direct communication with a founder and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own client growth funnel from first touch to funded client and retained relationship.
• Grow advisor pipeline to support recruiting.
• Own attribution and growth analytics with RevOps support.
