Constant Hire is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own day-to-day Meta advertising, optimize campaigns, and drive customer acquisition for a growing DTC ecommerce brand.

You'll work directly in Meta Ads Manager, launching campaigns, testing creative, managing budgets, and collaborating with content for data-driven ad concepts. Remote opportunity with cross-channel exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social advertising experience, primarily with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience for DTC/eCommerce brands and direct consumer campaigns.
• Able to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Meta advertising, including setup, launches, budgets and optimization.
• Build and scale high-performing paid social campaigns; pause underperforming ads.
• Analyze creative performance and extract insights to inform new concepts.
• Collaborate with content to turn data into actionable ad ideas and testing.
• Identify trends across audiences, placements, and creative performance.
• Manage testing schedules, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Support paid search campaigns for product launches.
• Explore YouTube and TV advertising and their contribution to performance.
