Job summary

OpenAI in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Growth Marketing, Creative and Ad Operations specialist to build and run the paid creative operating system for OpenAI’s marketing programs.

You will connect Creative and Growth Marketing teams, translate goals into briefs and testing roadmaps, coordinate assets with internal and external partners, and drive measurable results through streamlined processes and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations, growth or performance marketing or related roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor in paid marketing.
• Experience building or improving creative production workflows and asset management.
• Hands-on familiarity with major paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Working knowledge of marketing tracking, UTMs, pixels and reporting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end paid creative operating system, including intake, production, delivery, approvals and reporting.
• Serve as the day-to-day connector between Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, agencies and production partners.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to build and maintain creative testing roadmaps and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to keep production organized and auditable.
• Track test results, document learnings and identify next steps.
• Continuously improve workflows, templates, reporting and automation to boost efficiency.
