Substrakt is hiring a Growth & Marketing Coordinator to reach new audiences and identify opportunities for our products and services. This early-career role blends hands-on marketing with research, data and business development, focused on arts and cultural organizations across North America, Europe and the UK.

You’ll work in a primarily remote team, coordinating campaigns, content and CRM activity, with opportunities to contribute ideas and learn across marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Around 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, engaging written communication and ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data and CRM systems to keep information accurate.
• Curious, thoughtful approach to research and understanding organisations' needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity across email, social media, website and events, managing calendars and approvals.
• Create and schedule blogs, case studies, emails and social posts to bring our work to life.
• Research markets, prospects and sector developments for insights and opportunities.
• Build and maintain target organisation lists, identifying decision-makers and conversations.
• Identify opportunities for existing clients to benefit from additional products and services.
• Coordinate conference appearances, sponsorships and marketing materials, with pre/post event work.
• Maintain CRM data and report on campaign performance and business development activity.
