Job summary

Wellfit in Dallas is seeking a Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist to own day-to-day execution across content, social, website, campaigns, and top-of-funnel demand generation. You’ll turn ideas into blog posts, LinkedIn campaigns, product collateral, and outbound nurtures that move prospects toward a conversation with Sales.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong writing, and the ability to translate healthcare fintech concepts into clear messaging.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, social media, or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to create content that supports business development, lead generation, or sales engagement.
Strong writing skills across long-form and short-form content.
Experience developing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email, website, content, or digital marketing.
Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content can move someone from awareness to engagement.
Strong creative instincts combined with a commercial mindset.
Comfortable evaluating marketing based on engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, writing, design, campaign development, and execution.
Ability to translate complicated products into clear and compelling stories.
Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring heavy direction.
Strong judgment around messaging, brand, audience, and tone.
Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Product, Operations, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Receptive to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day marketing execution across content, social media, sales enablement, website content, campaigns, and top-of-funnel demand generation.
Create content and campaigns targeted toward dental practices, healthcare organizations, partners, employers, payors, and other decision-makers.
Develop top-of-funnel programs that give prospective customers a reason to engage with Wellfit and learn more.
Partner with Sales to understand target audiences, objections, pain points, and opportunities to improve lead generation.
Create email, social, content, and campaign sequences to nurture prospects.
Identify creative ways to bring new prospective customers into Wellfit’s ecosystem.
Track campaign engagement and lead activity to understand messaging impact on pipeline.
Experiment with new channels, messaging, formats, and campaigns to increase qualified interest.
