Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Write, build, and optimize marketing emails, newsletters, nurture campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
• Own email campaigns from copy and segmentation through testing, QA, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality blog content to educate contractors and drive organic traffic.
• Optimize content for search with keywords, intent, internal linking, and on-page SEO.
• Turn product updates, customer stories, and industry expertise into compelling marketing content.
• Write landing pages and campaign messaging to convert traffic into leads and customers.
• Test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and topics to improve performance.
• Analyze email and content performance to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, product, sales, and customer success to bring campaigns to life.
• Maintain a consistent JobTread voice across publications.
• Measure and report on digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Analyze website traffic and content performance to drive improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support marketing and business goals.
• Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.
