Job summary

Wellfit is seeking a Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist to own day-to-day marketing execution across content, social, sales enablement, and website content. You will craft campaigns, blog content, and collateral to attract dental and healthcare audiences, nurture leads, and drive pipeline.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled approaches, collaboration with Sales, and ongoing experimentation across channels.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, social media, brand marketing, growth marketing, communications, or related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to create content that supports business development, lead generation, or sales engagement.
Strong writing skills across long-form and short-form content.

Responsibilities

Manage demand generation and top-of-funnel marketing initiatives to generate awareness, engagement, leads, and opportunities.
Create content and campaigns for dental healthcare providers, partners, payors, employers, and decision-makers.
Develop top-of-funnel programs to engage prospects and move them to conversations with Sales.
