Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
• Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics, including ROAS, ROI, CAC, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Utilize GA4 and other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, customer behavior, conversion performance, and marketing attribution.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, customer acquisition, conversion, and overall marketing performance.
• Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor customer and campaign data to identify opportunities for remarketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer re-engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Develop marketing KPIs and establish measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Prepare regular marketing reports, performance reports, campaign analyses, and ROI/ROAS reports for management.
• Translate marketing data and analytics into actionable business insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Identify emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and consumer behaviors and recommend new growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and outreach programs, including influencer identification, communication, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
• Conduct influencer outreach and maintain professional relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and external marketing partners.
