This is a 35-hour weekly, hybrid position (in-office Tue-Thu; Mon & Fri remote) with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years) who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or business development experience; internship in law firm or professional services is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM, e-marketing tools, and webinar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in digital content and brand management, including writing and editing materials and updating website content.
• Plan and execute internal/external events, sponsorships, and webinars with scheduling and logistics support.
• Support proposals, pitches, and client development materials and meeting preparations.
• Assist in public relations, CRM maintenance, and distributing client alerts and news items.
• Coordinate submissions for rankings/directories and maintain profiles across platforms.
