Job summary

aytm, a leading provider of insights automation, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to plan and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. You will drive MQL/SQL generation, nurture leads, and support ABM initiatives for, and across, existing customers in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, proficiency in HubSpot, and a track record of revenue-focused marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Experience in Market Research / Consumer Insights industry desirable but not required.
• Highly proficient in HubSpot’s marketing automation software.
• Demonstrated experience in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Fluent in project management software.
• History of working in remote, fast-growth environments.
• Experience building and reporting on integrated campaigns across channels.

Responsibilities

• Hit marketing KPIs around MQLs/SQLs and revenue.
• Drive new leads via website CTAs, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Build and optimize lead nurturing across email, webinars, content, paid media, social.
• Own lifecycle marketing for existing customers with renewal/expansion signals.
• Support ABM initiatives targeting high-value prospects and customers.
• Manage community-building for existing customers to boost retention.
• Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Collaborate with agencies and manage marketing tech stack.
• Maintain data hygiene, segmentation and lead scoring models.
• Lead SEO strategy research and execution.
• Develop sales enablement assets and collateral.
