Job summary

FS Studio is seeking a Growth & Marketing Analyst to turn deep technical expertise into a high-performing inbound engine. This role offers 100% remote flexibility with Americas time zones and a direct line to leadership.

You will design conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers, create compelling content, and leverage AI workflows to accelerate research and production. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in digital marketing, strong copy skills, and hands-on campaign experience.

What You'll Do

• Build Inbound & Demand Systems: Design conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers (audits, assessments, technical pilots) that drive qualified B2B conversations.

• Content & Campaigns: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page copy, and visual assets.

• Leverage Modern AI Workflows: Use agentic AI tools and automation to multiply research, copywriting, and content production output.

• Hands-on Building: Directly ship and iterate assets using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads.

• Track & Optimize Pipeline: Monitor core KPIs and partner with leadership to optimize for real qualified leads and revenue, not just vanity metrics.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation (B2B, tech, SaaS, or agency experience is a big plus).

• Strong hands-on mindset: comfortable writing sharp copy, tweaking landing pages, and setting up digital campaigns independently.

• Practical, daily experience integrating modern AI tools & workflows to speed up execution.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• High autonomy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
