Trend, Inc. is seeking a motivated Business & Marketing Specialist to support marketing and business initiatives. You will assist with campaign creation, affiliate setup, seeding efforts, partner coordination, and related projects that drive growth.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain campaign records, and help prepare performance summaries. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration across marketing, business development, and finance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience or education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or related field.
• Interest in performance/affiliate marketing and consumer finance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing campaign data and links.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with creating, launching, and maintaining marketing campaigns across internal and affiliate platforms.
• Support affiliate and partner setup with required information and configurations.
• Coordinate campaign seeding, identify opportunities, and track progress and results.
• Enter and maintain campaign details including offers, pricing, tracking links, targeting, and assets.
• Test tracking links, landing pages, forms, and campaign flows; monitor performance and issues.
