Job summary

Trend in Vancouver, WA seeks a motivated Business & Marketing Specialist to support a variety of marketing campaigns, affiliate setups, seeding efforts, and partner coordination to drive growth.

You will assist with creating and launching campaigns across internal and affiliate platforms, coordinate platform configurations, and help track performance. Use AI tools to improve efficiency and collaborate with multiple teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, sales operations or related field.
• Interest in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or consumer finance.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing campaign data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with web-based platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and digital advertising is a plus.
• Experience using AI and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, launching, and maintaining marketing campaigns across internal and affiliate platforms.
• Support affiliate and partner setup by gathering required information and configuring platforms.
• Coordinate campaign seeding efforts and track progress and results.
• Maintain accurate campaign details including offers, pricing, tracking links, and creative assets.
• Test tracking links, landing pages, forms, and campaign flows.
• Monitor campaign activity and identify performance issues or improvement opportunities.
• Keep organized records of campaigns, affiliates, partners, launch dates, and results.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to campaign activity and partner performance.
• Use AI tools to support research, organize information, draft content, and improve workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Track outstanding requests, deadlines, and action items.
• Take on additional marketing and business projects as needed.
