Job summary

doinstruct builds software that helps organizations train and enable their frontline teams. The role centers on owning performance channels and CRO end-to-end, and using AI to move faster than a traditional team.

You will run experiments across landing pages and forms, optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, and contribute to shaping GTM Engineering tooling for scalable growth in the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in performance marketing/growth for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
• Proven CRO track record with test learnings.
• Comfortable using HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Fluent in German.

Responsibilities

• Own performance channels end to end: strategy, budget, and results.
• Run experiments across landing pages, funnels, and forms.
• Work daily with AI tools to move faster.
• Turn spend and conversion data into actionable insights.
• Support US expansion with channel optimization.
