• Backlog Management: prioritize tests across multiple client accounts.
• Readouts: write clear experiment readouts for clients and internal teams.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Growth Marketer (CRO) for an AI-native growth agency that helps D2C health and e-commerce brands build, test, and optimize high-converting growth funnels across onsite conversion and lifecycle marketing. The agency is a small, venture-funded startup that uses AI so a lean team can do the work of a much larger one, while people still supply the judgment, creativity, and ownership. You'll shape growth strategies for the agency and its clients and turn them into structured, measurable experiments — owning each one end to end, from idea and spec through build, analysis, and readout. This is an ownership role for someone early in their career; prior PM experience helps but isn't required. Judgment, execution, and effective use of AI tools matter more.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Experiment Design: Turn growth opportunities into clear experiment specs — what's being tested, why, for which audience, and how success will be measured.
• Build & Launch: Build and launch landing pages, variants, email flows, and other growth assets using the agency's tools and AI agents.
• Analysis & Recommendation: Analyze experiment performance, separate what the data supports from what it doesn't, and recommend next steps.
• Backlog Management: Manage test backlogs and priorities across multiple client accounts so experiments keep moving from idea to measurable result.
• Readouts: Write clear experiment readouts for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with account managers, designers, engineers, and clients to turn insights into action.

What You Bring

• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking — comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Written Communication: Clear written communication — able to turn analysis into concise, actionable recommendations.
• High Ownership: A track record of shipping meaningful work and seeing it through from idea to result.
• Fast Learning: Curious and resourceful, and quick to get up to speed on unfamiliar tools, problems, and industries.
• AI Fluency: Uses AI tools every day to improve the quality and speed of their work.
• Schedule: Full-time availability within North American business hours.

Bonus Points if:

• You have DTC / e-commerce, growth, or experimentation experience.
• You have lifecycle marketing experience, especially Klaviyo.
• You have familiarity with Shopify and GA4.
• You have SQL or other hands-on data analysis skills.
• You have design sensibility for landing pages and email assets.
• You have client-facing or agency experience.
• You have prior product management experience.
