Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Bay Leaf Digital is a top SaaS marketing agency in the United States. We are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team and help lead client engagements under the guidance of a Director of Strategy. This is a fully remote position.

Under direction from the Director of Strategy, you will:

• Manage client relationships
• Convert client goals into actionable marketing plans
• Coordinate work with internal/external, onshore/offshore resources
• Ideate on brand awareness and lead generation content and campaigns
• Execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns in Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more
• Ideate and execute SEO initiatives
• Build or coordinate work to build landing pages, workflows, and emails in HubSpot and WordPress
• QA work submitted by other resources
• Interpret data in reports and present insights to clients
• Find and analyze trends and opportunities to improve marketing performance
• Manage marketing operations in HubSpot, such as lead scoring, workflows, contact maintenance, and more

Qualifications:

• 3 years of marketing experience delivering substantial value
• Skilled in two or more of the following: paid social (LinkedIn/Meta), HubSpot Marketing Pro, Office 365 (advanced), SEO, WordPress, email marketing, data analysis
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment (we will test for this skill)
• Strong attention to detail (we will test for this skill)
• Ability to flex between big-picture thinking and tactical marketing execution
• Ability to work 100% remotely — requires reliable internet access and a quiet work area

Hiring process:

• Round 1: Q&A with CEO over email
• Round 2: Virtual interview with CEO
• Round 3: Aptitude tests
• Round 4: Interview with Director of Strategy

The hiring process takes two weeks from start to finish. Following this, an offer will be made with a start date contingent upon successful reference checks and background checks.

Salary range:

$65K-75K depending on experience
