Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead Meta advertising campaigns and drive customer acquisition for its innovative confidence-training app, Legends. What You Will Be Doing

  • Running Meta paid ad campaigns from strategy to optimization. Owning CAC like your life depends on it.
  • Testing and iterating growth strategies to drive top-of-funnel.
  • Analyzing data from tools like Mixpanel to guide decisions, spot lift, and double down on what's working.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Waiting on brand approval, chasing feedback, or sitting in syncs. This role is about action, not alignment.
  • Delegating to agencies or hiding behind decks. You'll be testing, tweaking, and iterating daily.
  • Managing people or politics. This is a solo operator role that is built for execution, not elevation.

Growth Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities

Reduce customer acquisition cost by independently leading high-impact growth strategies across paid and organic channels and hitting performance targets with relentless focus.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven ability to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) by at least 20% through direct Meta Ads campaign ownership (not via agency or oversight roles)
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta ad budgets between $5,000–15,000 per month in a DTC or subscription business
  • Track record of independently designing, launching, and interpreting at least 5 A/B tests on product or marketing funnels, using tools such as Mixpanel, Optimizely, or platform-native testing features
  • Demonstrated proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to self-serve insights and inform growth decisions
  • Experience contributing to growth of a US-based DTC product, with at least one initiative targeting parents or family decision-makers

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
