Zusammenfassung

Optimal is seeking an ambitious Senior Paid Media Manager to drive strategy and ROI across paid channels. You will own client relationships with major accounts and collaborate with the Paid Media Director to present strategies.

You will analyze performance data, create insightful reports, guide creative testing, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize campaigns. This role is based in Austin with hybrid work and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time PPC experience, including 2+ years of hands-on campaign buildout & optimization.
• Experience handling high campaign volume, large budgets, across multiple Paid Search and Paid Social channels with measurable results.
• Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Experience with Display or Programmatic advertising is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or a related field is a plus.

• Own and nurture relationships with top-tier clients and participate in QBRs.
• Develop clear performance reports with the analytics team.
• Analyze KPIs and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead and mentor paid media specialists; coordinate with BI, BD, PPC, SEO and creative teams.
• Guide creative testing to find highest performing assets and copy.
• Plan and allocate budgets across top channels; test new channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with vendors to leverage capabilities and advise on strategies.
