Spectrum Search Group in Houston seeks an Associate – Strategic Finance & Investments to partner with senior leadership on acquisitions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. This role combines financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence to drive long-term value across a national platform.

The ideal candidate will come from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields, with strong modeling skills and a desire to influence strategic decisions

Compensation: $115K-$145K Base + Bonus
