Responsibilities

• Perform analyses including TAMs, competitive landscapes, overlaps, and valuation models.
• Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (due diligence, data rooms, updates) and support integration workstreams.
• Develop external network of industry specialists to gain outside-in market knowledge.
