Job summary

Adobe is seeking a seasoned M&A Integration professional to partner with corporate development and business units. You will drive pre- and post-close integration efforts within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ensuring alignment with deal rationale and operating models.

The role requires MBA or equivalent, 5+ years in integration, strong program management, and expertise with Excel/PowerPoint and AI tools for M&A.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years M&A integration experience.
• Experience in SaaS, digital/consumer internet or digital advertising.
• Knowledge of end-to-end corporate development activities.
• Experience in pre- and post-acquisition integration in tech companies.
• Exceptional program management in sophisticated/ambiguous environments.
• High operational focus, strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Expert in M&A tools, data rooms, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools for M&A integration.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to acquisitions team prior to close.
• Lead diligence to evaluate issues, assess integration challenges, and develop post-close plans.
• Partner with executives to craft integration strategies aligned with rationale and operating model.
• Drive timely and objective decisions to sustain integration pace and align with deal rationale.
• Document integration planning with activities, timelines, resources, and costs.
• Develop and measure financial metrics and leading indicators during integration.
• Present updates to senior leadership and drive resolution of critical issues.
• Build and empower cross-functional teams to execute the integration roadmap.
• Own integration governance and progress reporting.
