Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a senior leader for its Corporate Development team to identify, source, evaluate, and drive inorganic growth opportunities.

You will mentor teams through sourcing, diligence, deal execution, and integration planning while collaborating with executives across product, marketing, sales, IT, finance, legal, and HR. The role requires a deep background in investment banking or corporate development, extensive financial modeling, and strong executive communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of exceptional financial modeling, interpersonal and project management skills.
• High EQ with strategic business intuition and servant leadership.
• Executive presence - written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience 12+ years in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads partnerships with internal partners to develop strategic investment themes and assess potential acquisition and investment opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive analyses including industry TAMs, competitive landscapes, customer overlaps, valuation and financial models.
• Coordinate all aspects of the M&A process (due diligence, data rooms, internal updates) and support integration workstreams.
• Build understanding of new customer segments, industry trends, market positioning, and emerging companies.
• Deliver projects across Corporate Development and M&A Integration; support post-acquisition integration efforts.
• Develop external network of industry specialists to bring outside-in market knowledge.
