Job summary

Global Recruiters of Mid-Cities (GRN) seeks a Chief Growth Officer for a Hybrid Registered Investment Adviser in Raleigh, NC. The CGO will lead the Financial Advisory and Client Service teams, reporting to the Founder/CEO, and will enable growth by aligning sales, service delivery, and strategic initiatives across the firm.

With ~20 employees and $10M in annual revenue, the firm relies on a mix of advisory and broker-dealer channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in wealth management.
• Experience leading Financial Advisors and Client Service teams.
• Deep understanding of the independent advisor/RIA landscape.
• Proven ability to optimize sales and service processes.
• Knowledge of SEC and FINRA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new Financial Advisors.
• Report to CEO with oversight of operations, compliance, marketing and technology.
• Supervise and train sales and client service staff.
• Set growth-focused tone and drive cross-channel efficiencies.
• Coordinate outsourced services like portfolio management and insurance.
• Drive process improvements across the organization.
