Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Head of Business Development for NORAM (US & Canada) to lead the Americas region from Edison, NJ or Atlanta, GA. You will direct RFPs, manage the sales pipeline, and drive strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

Fluent English required; travel and international responsibilities are expected. The role demands senior leadership, cross-functional coordination, and deep knowledge of supply chain solutions across origin and destination

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject.
Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject is a plus
Minimum 5-7 years Business Development experience with expertise in 3PL origin management and destination services; end to end supply chain
Experience of developing international solutions for global customers at senior/board level

Responsibilities

Lead the Americas business development function.
Direct the RFP process and pricing coordination.
Direct the sales pipeline management and forecasting.
Provide strategic leadership and ensure market competitiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
