CareBuilders at Home seeks a Branch Manager – Home Health to lead the West Palm Beach market. You will own revenue growth and operations for the branch, oversee recruitment and build a network of referral partners across healthcare and community channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare sales or business development
• Proven ability to build referral networks and drive census growth
• Established relationships in target market preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to drive consistent referrals and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value referral sources, including SNFs, Assisted Living/Independent Living communities, Hospitals and case management teams, Physician groups and concierge practices, GCMs, elder law attorneys and fiduciaries
• Conduct daily field visits and structured outreach (50–60 touches per week)
• Identify and convert new referral sources while expanding existing relationships
• Position CareBuilders as the preferred provider for private duty home care services
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure timely starts of care and service excellence
• Track all activity and pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility and accountability
• Represent CareBuilders professionally in the community, including events and networking opportunities
