Responsibilities

• Lead a team with primary business development responsibilities and own the pipeline from identification to proposal submission.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, qualify deals, and drive high-win-probability proposals.
• Coach the BD team and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide regular growth performance updates to the executive team.
• Advise on enterprise booking targets and growth strategies.
• Establish strategic relationships with industry partners.
